We are a small company. Can we still ship with MOODJA?
This is a great question, and it ultimately depends on several factors. Overall, we are excited to work with young, up-and-coming companies and support them with their growth. However, from a financial and sustainability point of view, it makes sense for both sides, only when your shop has reached a certain monthly orders volume to outsource your fulfillment to a 3PL partner. How long does it take until MOODJA is ready to ship my products?
Outsourcing your fulfillment with MOODJA is quick and easy. We will discuss your shipping needs over the phone or a video call and send you a personalized offer. The technical tasks of connecting your online shop and adding your product and shipment data to our fulfillment software usually take a maximum of 72 hours. Ultimately, it is entirely up to you how fast the shipping can be done via MOODJA.
Where are your headquarters?
We are located on the outskirts of Berlin, at Leipziger Str. 20, 14612 Falkensee. From here, we ship to all of Europe.
Can I still use MOODJA even if I am not based in Berlin?
Of course! We serve customers from all over Germany and beyond. Whether you want to store your goods in a warehouse near you or outsource from further away is your decision. Both is possible and we are happy to advise you on this. You can fully entrust us with the responsibility of handling your products and orders, regardless of your location. With our web-based tool you have full transparency over the processes in our warehouse. What packaging options does MOODJA offer?
We tailor the packaging options entirely to your needs and are happy to advise you if necessary. Especially in e-commerce, packaging plays a significant role in the customer's buying experience. Where possible, we naturally prefer sustainable packaging.
We are selling our products on various marketplaces. How can MOODJA help us?
We're glad to hear that your products are selling well on multiple channels. However, when you use fulfillment solutions provided by different marketplaces, you risk diluting your brand integrity. Your products are shipped in packages that bear the logo of the respective marketplace, and you have little to no control over the additional marketing inserts in the package. MOODJA can help you maintain control over your brand. For example, when your customers order through Zalando or About You, we offer personalized packaging for your orders, so they will experience your brand just as they would if they were ordering products through your own online shop.
We are active in both B2B and B2C retail. Can MOODJA handle all our fulfillment?

We manage fulfillment during peak times by preparing well in advance, increasing staffing levels, implementing efficient picking strategies, and closely monitoring inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment. We also work closely with our customers to plan and coordinate their promotional activities. This enables us to meet expectations in terms of shipping times and order volumes, even during peak periods.
