Pick & Pack is the part of your fulfillment process in which ordered items are picked in the warehouse and packaged ready for dispatch — i.e. the moment when a click in the shop becomes a real package. What does pick & pack mean in fulfillment?

In fulfillment, Pick & Pack describes the steps in which your orders are processed in the warehouse. It's about correctly allocating ordered items and packaging them in such a way that they reach your customers quickly and safely.

Pick (s) means that the right products are collected in the warehouse, for example the selected size, color and variant of an item.
Pack (s) is the next step: The goods are checked, packaged, labelled and made available to the shipping service provider.
